Job Description
The Director of Engineering will be the architect and champion of our AI-enabled engineering system, responsible for building, implementing, and scaling cutting-edge development processes. This is a leadership role for a builder and innovator, not just a caretaker. The role involves leading a team of Tech Leads and mentoring them to embrace AI as a partner. Reporting to the CEO and CTO, the Director will also lead CI/CD pipelines and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in engineering leadership
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Distributed Agile
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and/or C#/.NET
- Track record of deploying AI-enabled tools
- Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices
- Strong communication skills (Spanish and English)
- Valid travel permissions for USA and LATAM
