Code for America is looking for a talented Associate Director of Business Development who will own the execution of key government contract opportunities and secure critical government partnerships that allow Code for America to achieve our mission.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in business development and capture within the government sector
- Proven track record of success in public sector sales execution, including winning government contracts and meeting revenue targets
- Deep understanding of state and local government procurement processes
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to manage a sales funnel and juggle multiple opportunities
- Subject matter awareness of public sector human services, social safety net benefits, and/or the tax benefits system
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively work across internal teams

- Salary: $108,503 - $132,825 annually
