Code for America is looking for a talented Associate Program Director who will actively engage in the development of program strategy and motivate their team to deliver high-quality innovative services to those who need them most, while advancing systems change toward our long-term vision of government that works for all people.
Requirements
- 7 years of relevant experience, including at minimum three years of working with government service delivery and/or civic technology
- Strong understanding of public benefits implementation and administration, particularly SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, EITC, CTC, or other anti-poverty programs
- Proven track record of cross-sector stakeholder engagement (public, nonprofit, private), ideally including product development, data usage, policy, and collaborative implementation
