Codman Square Health Center seeks an experienced nursing leader to serve as Director of Care Management & Workforce Development, providing strategic and operational leadership for care management, community health, and workforce development functions across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Experience in health centers, hospital and/or academic administration
• Adept in technology
• Detail oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changes in policies, procedures, and priorities
• Ability and willingness to take the initiative to address problems
• Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and situations and excellent verbal and written communication skills
