Job Description
Our Nursing team leads are responsible for supervising the clinic operations and the coordination of the workflow of medical services for a primary care team in delivering the highest quality patient care.
Requirements
- Providing leadership to nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support staff
- Scheduling appropriate staffing level coverage
- Completing performance evaluations and ongoing coaching and mentoring with team
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and managing superior plans of care
- Participating in QI activities with team and QI committee
- Promoting a continuous learning environment for new and existing staff
