Job Description
The Nurse Supervisor promotes and restores patients' health by developing day-to-day management of the patient care area, directing and supervising assigned nurses and medical assistants, and collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary professional staff to ensure competent, age-specific, and safe care for all patients.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years acute care experience
- BSN required
- Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or Supervisory experience required
- BLS required
