Job Description
The Nursing Supervisor promotes and restores patients’ health by developing day-to-day management of the patient care area; directing, developing and supervising assigned nurses and medical assistants; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary professional staff of CSHC to ensure competent, age specific and safe care for all patients through coordination of clinic flow and services.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years acute care experience.
- BSN required
- Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or Supervisory experience required
- BLS required.
