Patient Services Representative II

The Patient Service Representative II is responsible for performing tasks that directly support Health Center's front-end revenue cycle management functions, including Patient Service Center and clinic administrative processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, Associate Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years' experience in a medical/clinical office environment or Health or Dental insurance industry required
• Previous customer service background required
• Bilingual ability a plus
