Job Description
Codurance is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead platform engineering engagements, work directly with clients, and mentor the next generation. This role is client-facing and requires strong communication and technical skills to drive innovation and deliver value to clients. Codurance prioritizes transparency, continuous learning, and a flat management structure.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and implementing production infrastructure at scale
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
- Proven track record of writing and delivering production code
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or advisory capacity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers
