Job Description
Codurance is seeking a Platform Engineer to lead complex client engagements, drive platform engineering excellence, and mentor future engineers. This role involves both internal and client work, requiring autonomy in architectural design and execution. Codurance values transparency, continuous learning, and inclusive culture.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and implementing production infrastructure at scale
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure services
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
- Proven track record of writing and delivering production code
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or advisory capacity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers
- Highly desirable: container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), DevSecOps, multi-cloud experience.
