Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current CPR or BLS certification required.
- Must be supervised by a licensed physician.
- Hold and maintain current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse.
- Must have a Texas Department of Public Safety Controlled Substances Permit and a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate.
