Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining resident dignity and safety, and supporting independence, privacy, and respect. The position is part of a supportive team environment focused on growth and excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state CNA or HCA license.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
- Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity and respect.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity.
