Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver - CNA | HCA to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence, comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations or ability to obtain one within 200 days from hire
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect
