Requirements
- Valid state CNA or HCA license
- Current First Aid and CPR license (or ability to obtain)
- 12+ months experience in a professional caregiving setting
- Experience with memory care is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and respect for residents
- Attention to detail and physical stamina
