Client Success Manager

This is an exciting opportunity at a Series B scale-up with growth potential for a leadership role in the U.S. Client Success team. You will play a very important role in supporting Cognitive Credit’s growth in the U.S. by owning and growing a portfolio of existing accounts while nourishing the relationship with your stakeholders and ensuring that Cognitive Credit is seen as a trusted partner.

Requirements

• Experience working in high growth client facing teams with P&L targets that require initiative and resilience
• Experience in Fixed Income/Credit markets as our users are mix of Credit Analysts, Traders & Portfolio Managers
• Successfully managed end-to-end post sales client life cycles (onboarding - renewal/upsell/cross-sell)
• Cross team collaboration experience, working with sales, product and marketing
• Experience with the development, execution, and overview of account plans for clients
