Job Description
SmartFinancial is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to lead and grow a high-performing team of Account Managers, focusing on driving measurable results and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role reports to the Director of Client Success and will impact the team's success and future. The CSM will build, coach, and empower Account Managers to exceed performance targets and build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing sales or CS teams
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
- Experience in insurance or marketplace environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- Available to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio
