Lead Healthcare Analyst

Opportunity Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding data analyst to join a Series C digital health company. You will work closely with clinicians, program implementation, operation experts, informaticists, data scientists, and actuaries to support data-driven clinical programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience working in a big-data analytics role
• Ability to use statistical analysis and modeling tools (such as SQL and Python) to extract insights from complex healthcare data, interpret trends, and derive actionable recommendations
• Experience developing dashboards and self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau
• Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and experience with large data sets including medical claims, pharmacy, and eligibility data
• Experience interfacing with internal and external business stakeholders on the development and read out of client and program specific KPIs
• Experience owning complex projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, setting goals, and meeting deadlines for multiple ongoing projects
