Job Description
This role, the Director of Employee Benefits, will lead the company's health, wellness, and retirement strategy. This involves building a team, fostering an inclusive culture, partnering with HR and business leaders, and evolving benefits plans to meet company and market needs. The role focuses on employee and family well-being while optimizing program value and cost.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Benefits or Total Rewards, including 5+ years leading a benefits team
- Strong experience designing and executing comprehensive benefits strategies
- Effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience with data and analytics
