Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling end-end recruitment activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1+ year of experience in handling global recruitments
- At least 2+ years of experience in handling Application Tracking System
- Knowledge and understanding of technology space and various streams (IT, Engineering)
- Adaptability to changing needs in recruitment space
- Strong people skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Basic knowledge on software technologies/tools
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
