Recruitment Specialist (Contract) responsible for end-end recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers, and building a talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in handling end-end recruitment activities
- Bachelors / master’s degree in business administration
- Experience in handling global recruitments
- Experience in handling Application Tracking system
- Knowledge and understanding of the technology space and various streams (IT, Engineering)
- Adaptability to the changing needs in the recruitment space
- Strong people skills and able to build and maintain relationships
- Strong time management, attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Basic knowledge on software technologies / tools
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
