Job Description
This Senior HR Operations Specialist role within the APAC & EMEA regions focuses on core HR operations, data management, HRSS setup, service delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. The role involves employee data validation, compliance, statutory reporting, and contributing to HR process optimization. It requires a candidate with experience in a shared services environment and a strong understanding of HR regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Admin
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in HR (functional skills)
- 4-6 years’ HR operations experience in a shared services or multinational environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese/Japanese/Korean/Hindi/Filipino (advantage)
- High level of discretion in handling confidential employee data
