Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Platform - Payments Platform)

Coinbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Payments team and develop innovative payment solutions to empower individual consumers and large-scale institutions within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience in uplevelling junior engineers via processes and setting a high bar for them to follow
• Experience of building large distributed systems.
• Experience of building simple, scalable and fault tolerant APIs
