Job Description
Coinbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the Payments team. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and developing payments platforms, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience in uplevelling junior engineers via processes and setting a high bar for them to follow
- Experience of building large distributed systems
- Experience of building simple, scalable and fault tolerant APIs
