Job Description
CoinGecko is a global leader in tracking cryptocurrency data, and we're seeking a Legal Counsel (L2) to provide primary legal support to the business on a range of legal and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, a Bachelor's of Laws degree, and be admitted to the Bar in a relevant jurisdiction. They will also have a strong understanding of commercial laws, digital/SaaS products, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Bachelor's of Laws degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Bar in a jurisdiction relevant to the company's operations
- Foundational knowledge across key areas of legal functions (e.g. Contracts, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Affairs, Data Privacy)
