Legal Counsel

Matter Labs is seeking a Legal Counsel for Transactions to advise on commercial, corporate, and compliance matters. The role involves legal advice, global employment, and compliance, handling partnerships, financing, and IP. This is a remote position within a growing, community-driven technology company focused on personal freedom.

Requirements

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and technology transactions.
• Provide expert advice on product development, privacy, data protection, and intellectual property matters.
• Counsel internal clients on legal and compliance policies.
• Provide general counsel support.
• Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction
• Experience in the crypto space is advantageous
• Proven ability or willingness to learn how to handle legal issues across different jurisdictions
