Director of Fellowships

The Director of Fellowships will design, launch, and lead Colby's Fellowships Office, preparing students to compete for nationally and internationally competitive fellowships and access Global Experience Funds. The Director will mentor students and graduates, develop programs, and represent Colby at conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Experience teaching writing or editing personal statements and scholarship essays
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating partnerships with and working effectively with broad constituencies
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office Suites
