Fifth-Year Fellowship: Office of Civic Engagement and Community Partnerships

Colby College seeks a recent graduate for a Fellowship position in the Office of Civic Engagement and Community Partnerships. The fellowship will benefit Colby students who have demonstrated a deep commitment to civic engagement and building relationships between the campus and the Waterville community.

Requirements

• Recent Graduate of Colby College
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Require minimal supervision and possess the ability to take initiative; self-motivated
• Passionate about community building and civic engagement
• Ability to manage peers and comfortable interacting independently with local community partner organizations
