Job Description
Collabera is seeking a Principal UI Designer to work on creating user experiences for AmericanExpress.com. The successful candidate will partner with product owners, usability testing leads, and engineers to enhance the overall quality, value, and experience of products and core journeys.
Requirements
- 8+ years digital agency or client side experience as a design leader
- Expert in designing user centered design experiences for multiple devices and platforms
- 4-5 years experience mentoring and inspiring creative talent
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Familiarity in the prototyping capabilities of HTML, DHTML, and CSS
- Vision, passion and POV about the evolution of interactive design
- Desire to develop oneself; a hunger to innovate and stay current in trends and techniques
