Collabera is seeking a Principal UI Designer to work on creating the user experience for AmericanExpress.com. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in digital agency or client-side design leadership and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Requirements
- 8+ years digital agency or client side experience as a design leader
- Expert in designing user centered design experiences for multiple devices and platforms
- 4-5 years experience mentoring and inspiring creative talent
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Familiarity in the prototyping capabilities of HTML, DHTML, and CSS
- Vision, passion and POV about the evolution of interactive design
- Desire to develop oneself; a hunger to innovate and stay current in trends and techniques
