Job Description
Collabera is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to apply compensation expertise to solve complex business problems and apply sound compensation principles, best practices, and appropriate guidelines. The successful candidate will assist in the design, communication, and distribution of compensation programs and analyze market data, internal job relationships, and geographic pay differentials.
Requirements
- Consults with business, senior management, and regional business/HR partners globally
- Assists in the design, communication, and distribution of compensation programs
- Analyzes market data, internal job relationships, and geographic pay differentials
- Recommends new position grades and/or geographic differentials
- Analyzes compensation recommendations/actions
- Leads special projects/analyses
- Prepares summary and detailed reports for senior management
- Ensures effective management and maintenance of compensation programs and structure
- Participates in salary surveys and audits
- Analyzes pay practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable local laws/union agreements
