Job Description
College Track is seeking an Academic Advisor to support and guide College Track scholars through their academic journeys. The role involves building relationships with students, tracking student data, and facilitating workshops to meet institutional requirements. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, student-centered, and passionate about youth development.
Requirements
- Skilled in analyzing student data and developing data-driven interventions.
- Academic advising experience within a college-access institution (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with students, caregivers, and teachers.
- Experience navigating Learning Management Systems (e.g., Google Classroom, Coursera) and grade portals (e.g., PowerSchool, Illuminate).
- Interest in in-person interaction with students and academic support.
