Requirements
- Maintain direct contact with prospects by cold calling and driving marketing efforts
- Identify and qualify leads, contacts, and opportunities
- Work with Agent(s) and Brokerage Specialists to create and prepare content for CIM’s and formal proposals
- Draft or edit legal documents (letters of intent, offers, commission agreements, listing agreements, Multiple Listing Service agreements)
- Strong interpersonal skills, can build rapport and credibility quickly with people at all levels
