Transaction Coordinator

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease management or transaction management or related experience
• Strong organizational, process orientation, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Real estate license in the state of Indiana (bonus)
• Experience working with corporate clients or occupiers of real estate (bonus)
