Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development roles
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Expert knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives across multiple business units or functions
