Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in change management, project management, or organizational development roles
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Expert knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives across multiple business units or functions
