Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support and advise on the processes and procedures required to implement and sustain effective change control. The successful candidate will work alongside Project Controls Managers, Change Engineers, and delivery teams to ensure changes are identified, assessed, approved, and implemented in accordance with governance requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience within programme, project controls, commercial or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of change control principles, baseline management and governance.
- Familiarity with project decomposition frameworks such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a large, multi-disciplinary corporate or programme environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and continuous improvement
