Product Manager

We're a fully remote, asynchronous team building the biggest digital board game platform on the internet. As a Product Manager, you'll own high-impact product work across mobile and web, improving onboarding, retention, and game completion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in gaming
• Proficiency in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and user segmentation
• Strong experience with user interviews, playtesting, and qualitative analysis
• Deep understanding of mobile product development and UX best practices
• Clear, structured written communication for async collaboration
• SQL proficiency (joins, group by) for data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, scope, and deliver product improvements quickly
• Familiarity with game design, player behavior, and motivating user engagement
