We are seeking a HR Operations Business Partner with a seat in Hamburg on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) for a limited period until the end of June 2027 due to parental leave cover.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a business administration degree with a focus on Personnel/Human Resources or a qualified vocational training, such as a Personnel and HR Specialist, certified Payroll Accountant, or comparable.
- Relevant work experience, preferably in an international corporate environment or in large company structures.
- Knowledge of labor and company law.
- Fundamental knowledge of wage tax and social security law, or the willingness to work on these topics.
- Very good MS Office knowledge and experience with central data management systems, combined with digital product affinity.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
