Job Description
The HR Business Partner will advise senior management on HR-related topics and shape the development of the HR department as a strategic sparring partner. The role involves responsibility, process development, and supporting the introduction of modern digital HR solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business or Law or comparable
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor
- High affinity for processes and digital HR systems
- Familiarity with KPIs, reporting tools, and dashboards
- Fundamental knowledge of labor law and experience in collaboration with works councils
- Excellent German and English language skills
