Territory Manager (Interventional Urology - Women's Health) - Atlanta

Coloplast is seeking a Territory Manager to achieve sales objectives through business development, clinical consultations, and market share growth. The role focuses on targeting Urology customers with Coloplast’s implantable and single-use surgical devices, understanding their business, clinical, and decision-making needs, and utilizing sales tools and data analytics. Coloplast prioritizes ethical conduct and adheres to industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 2 years associates degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 7+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred.
• Proficient in relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Proficient in interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in negotiating, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow through.
• Exceptional listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and results orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
