Job Description
Color Health is revolutionizing cancer care with a virtual clinic and seeks an experienced Sales Director for the Mid Market Employer team. This role focuses on driving growth by engaging with influential employers, building relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. The Director will lead sales efforts and impact color's product direction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, verticalized within the region
- Deep understanding of sales process and complex deal closure
- Successful sales history with quota attainment ($500K+), closing deals valued at $500K+
- Excellent communication and cross-functional working skills
- College degree or advanced degree a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
