Job Description
The Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the Colorado School of Mines invites applications for up to three Postdoctoral Fellowship positions to begin in August 2026. The position is a two-year appointment that can be renewed by the department for an additional year.
Requirements
- PhD degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Science, Statistics or a related field
- Previous experience in teaching mathematics at the collegiate level
- Strong commitment to and experience with undergraduate teaching
- Experience with mathematics research via journal and/or conference publications
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills for collaborative work
