Columbia Association is seeking an Aquatics Competitive Swimming Supervisor to coach all age groups, create a professional and friendly atmosphere, and oversee the CAA master's swimming program.

Requirements

• Coaching experience in competitive swimming
• Mentoring and assisting coaching staff
• Hosting duties for meets
• Proactive communication with parents, swimmers, and volunteers
• Overseeing the CAA master's swimming program
