Columbia Association is seeking an Assistant Head Coach of Competitive Swimming to help supervise part-time age group coaches and Columbia Neighborhood Swim League coaches. The ideal candidate will have a high skill level in personnel supervision, community relations, and customer service, and will be able to work effectively in a team situation and independently.
