We are seeking a Bell Attendant to join our team at The SOMM Hotel & Spa. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience
- 1-2 years hotel experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Ability to transport luggage
- Discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Must have valid driver’s license; annual MVR report review
