Front Office Supervisor at Salish Lodge & Spa. The role involves supervising front office procedures, maintaining a presence during peak traffic periods, and ensuring guest and employee needs are met. The position requires prior front-desk supervisory or lead experience in hospitality or hotels, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Requirements
- Prior front-desk supervisory or lead experience in hospitality or hotels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading a team
- Previous customer service or guest relations experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Basic negotiation skills and strong customer relations skills
- Strong computer skills: Full knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel and Word
- Current Washington State Food Handlers Card and Liquor Serving Permit
