Job Description
We seek a Concierge to command the front desk, connecting with guests, scheduling amenity space, managing incoming deliveries, monitoring building security, and more. The Concierge will build strong relationships with the community through professional presence, project management, communication, and conflict management skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred
