Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to three senior executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to three senior executives
- Serve as a gatekeeper for executive communications
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Assist with corporate governance and legal documentation
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to support executive decision making
- Coordinate and support project based initiatives
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain databases, filing systems, and document management practices
- Perform additional duties and special projects
