Program Manager

Command Post Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead ITSM initiatives and manage a team. This role involves strategic oversight, daily operations, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet contract goals and improve workforce performance. The ideal candidate will ensure a capable and motivated team exceeding project objectives.

Requirements

• Maintain regular communication with government representatives (e.g., COR, ACOR)
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting efforts (MSRs and PMRs)
• Conduct meetings with the ACOR to review deliverables and address challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
• Develop and manage project documentation (WBS, plans, cost estimates)
• Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and deliver presentations
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans
• Promote integration and collaboration between Environment Operations and Technical Operations teams
• Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback and applying best practices
• Oversee talent acquisition and management
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, training, and security clearance processes
• Coordinate and assess annual personnel evaluations
