The Generalist III, HR will provide strategic HR guidance to assigned business teams, drive employee engagement activities, and lead hiring activities for all levels of talent. The role will also contribute to data analytics for informed decision making and be part of regional/global projects.
Requirements
- Master's in human resource management (or related curriculum)
- 6 to 12 years of experience
- Relevant HR experience in manufacturing setup or experience handling HR matters for large groups of employees in a factory environment
- Certification as Factory Welfare Officer (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in effectively dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of internet sourcing, applicant tracking systems, HR practices, and familiarity with corporate relocation policies (preferred)
- Strong computer skills of MS office, particularly in Excel (formula and analysis), PowerPoint, and Word
- Skills in BI/reporting tools like Power BI (plus)
- SAP knowledge (added advantage)
