Manufacturing Automation Engineer

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, automation, or additive manufacturing; 5+ years for senior/lead candidates with a proven track record of cost savings and deployed automation projects
• S. Citizenship required
• Hands-on experience with automation (robot/cobot programming) or demonstrated use of additive manufacturing in production
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis, SPC, and time studies
• Ability to manage projects from concept through delivery: BOM creation, ROI justification, supplier engagement, and basic mechanical design
• Innovative thinker who enjoys exploring new ideas and approaches
• Collaborative team player who contributes to group problem-solving
• Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and drives them to completion
• Effective communicator who can translate shop-floor needs into technical specifications and actionable plans
• Education: Manufacturing or Mechanical engineering degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
